Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Refunds

Refunds are only issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Original delivery costs are non-refundable, except where required by UK law (e.g. faulty or incorrect items).
Exclusions

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging/tags are not eligible for a refund.
